The hotel was incredible! We stayed in a cozy suite and loved the central location, making it easy to explore Madrid. The breakfast spread was delightful, with plenty of options. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating to our family and two dogs!
My kids wished the hotel had more family-friendly snacks available.

Had a great time with my friends! We visited Plaza Ana and the Reina Sofia museum, both within walking distance. Free snacks in the afternoon were a nice bonus. The room was spacious and the staff was really friendly. Totally recommend splurging on breakfast. it was delicious.
There was one thing that bothered us. The hotel security seemed lacking, which made us a bit uneasy during our stay. Hearing reports of theft from a previous guest added to our concerns.

The proximity to major attractions makes exploring a breeze, with iconic sites just a short stroll away. Rooms feature comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom, equipped with quality toiletries, enhancing the luxurious feel.
One minor issue is the lack of a view, as some rooms overlook drab rooftops, which can be disheartening, especially if you fancy a cityscape. Additionally, while the air conditioning worked well, it took longer to cool down on particularly hot days, a small inconvenience for a summer stay. Lastly, the snack bar's advertised complimentary drinks seemed to have a catch, leading to unexpected charges.

Beautiful rooms with huge bathrooms offered a comfortable experience, complemented by professional and friendly staff. Snacks in the afternoon, which included a variety of sandwiches and desserts, were a delightful touch. The location provided easy access to key attractions and excellent dining options nearby. However, the breakfast options could have been more diverse. I felt limited after a few mornings. While the common areas were inviting, a few amenities were not as modern as those found in higher-tier hotels.

A palace-like experience
Marveling at the exquisite ceilings, we indulged in afternoon snacks that felt like decadent treats. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave each morning.
The only downside was a loose pipe cover in the bathroom, which hinted the hotel could use a refresh in certain areas.
